Hello, I'm Sergei Rumyantsev, I welcome you to my website. Born in 1956 in. Omsk in the USSR. In 1978 he graduated from Omsk Polytechnic institute. Since 1993 I have been running my own business, first until 2005 in telecommunications systems, now in construction in the field of thermal insulation and other innovative projects (website companies www.ecovata.nm.ru ).The first one the problem was published at 12(!) years in 1968. I work in all genres especially successful in sketches. Total published approx 250 compositions. I have been making decisions since childhood, I officially started participate in tournaments since 1984. Three times champion of Russia, multiple winner of the USSR and Russian championships. In championships Mira has been participating since 1989., twice he was a silver medalist, 1 time bronze. He was the World Champion 5 times as a member of the national team (1989-1992, 1999). Since 1997 I have been International Grandmaster by decision."
